INGREDIENTS
Green mugh Chicken lemon juice inkomazi salt tumeric powder fine red chillies rough red chilies dherna jeeroo powder ginger garlic masala tomatoes
METHOD
in a pot put oil 2 green chillies 1 long cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 Elachi (cardomom) and 1 onion finely chopped. braise till onions go pinkThan add 3 fillets chicken cubes 2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon fine red chillies 1 teaspoon rough red chillies ½ teaspoon tumeric 2 teaspoon dherna jeeroo powder and mix well.Cook on low for 10 minutes.Than add 1 liquidized tomatoe, juice of half a lemon and ⅓ cup inkomazi and cook for 5 minutes on low.Than add 1 cup boiled green mugh dhar and half a cup water and cook on low till thick and mugh is soft Garnish with dhania (coriander) and serve with roti
