1 kg chicken fillet washed
1 teaspoon fresh ground red chillies
1 teaspoon salt
half teaspoon black pepper
half teaspoon lemon pepper
dash of aromat
3 tablespoon mayo
3 tablespoon nandos peri peri
marinate fillet in abv for an hour and cook in butter until done donot dry out.
butter rolls. add fried fresh chips. shred chicken and add abv chips. drizzle sauce and top wit cheese.
grill in oven until cheese melts.
add 2 tablespoon of fresh cream and 1 tablespoon of mayo 2 remaining marinate from the chicken.
