INGREDIENTS
Naan Dough:
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
salt to taste and warm water
two teaspoons ghee (Clarified butter) (bind everything to make a dough)
chicken filling:
chicken cubes
2 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Crushed red chilli
Amina Tandoori masala
Salt to taste
dhana Jeera
garlic paste
red chilli powder
lemon juice
mayonnaise ( cook everything in a pot) add any ssauce which you prefer along with grated cheese and green pepper cubes
METHOD
make the dough and roll out a big roti and cook it. Then add your chicken filling on half of the roti and fold it over. Then toast it with a bit of oil on the pan. cut it into half
