INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon instant yeast 100gr butter 100ml sugar250ml lukewarm milk 2xl eggs
METHOD
Sift flour Add sugar,salt,yeast Melt butter into milk ,add eggs ,whisk Ensure lukewarm Make dough with liquid Knead well 3min with electric beater,10min by handAllow to rise for 40minKnock back and give another 5minDivide dough depending on size you want to make (+/- 20gr for small doughnuts)Place on baking sheet cover with cloth& allow to rise till doubled Deep fry until golden not high heat Roll in castor sugar Fill with sweetened fresh cream
