INGREDIENTS
4 pieces box hake fillet
3 tablespoon butter
¼ cup lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed herb
Mixed veggies
Sauce :
¼ cup Nandos bushveld peri
¼ cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
METHOD
Cook the fish with all the ingredients until almost done .
Add the sauces in with about 2 tablespoon water and simmer for 1 minute
Steam veggies separately .
Add veggies to pan .
Serve immediately .
