1 cup sugar beans soften in a pressure cooker or boil 1 can butterbeans in tomato
1 big onion handful kari leaves 1 to 2 green chili slit in middle 1 teaspoon jeera pwder 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon chili powder salt handful chopped dhania (coriander) you can adjust spices and chili
4 grated tomatoes or puree in food processor.
1 grated carrot salt 1 teaspoon sugar vinegarchopped dhania (coriander) sliced green chili mix everything together
In a pot add some oil along with onions and kari leaves and allow for onions to soften . now add the pureed tomatoes along with all the spices allow this to cook add some water and allow this too cook on low . now add a squeeze of lemon and the beans , add water if necessary . allow this to cook on low , add chopped dhania (coriander) .
Assemble :Cut the top of the bun , add beans , serve with carrot salad
