Aaloo (potato) curry @mubina_18
3-4 medium size potatoes boiled, peeled and chopped coarse 1 tablespoon chana flour mixed with 1 cup water ½ cup onion chopped 2-3 green chilies 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 1 teaspoon urad daal1 teaspoon chana dal1 teaspoon mustard seed 1 teaspoon jeeea1 teaspoon asofoetida (hing)½ teaspoon haldi2-3 tablespoon oil14- 15 curry leaves 2 small size tomatoes chopped finely 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon red chili powder
Add oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds,jeera,urad daal,chana daal,hing & curry leaves. Now add chopped onions,ginger& green chilies. Cook onions till soft. Now add chopped tomatoes and add all other spices. Add little water and cook until mashy. Now add potatoes and chana flour water. Mix well and sprinkle some coriander leaves and sugar. Serve hot with puri.
