In a pan add oil curry leaves1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 1 slit green chillieFry.Add in 2 chopped onions.Braise till soft. Add in 2 tablespoon freshly pressed garlic.Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes 1 packet Tomato paste 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 tablespoon aamli concentrate (from akhalwayas)2 teaspoon sugarCook till oil cums up.Add in fish of choice.Cook till done.Garnish with chopped greens
