1 Box Hake deboned and skin off hake (+-600g)Marinade 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon Green Masala paste1 tablespoon Magic Masala paste3 teaspoon Robertsons Fish spice½ teaspoon white Pepper powder 1 tablespoon Green Chilli Paste 1 tablespoon Nandos lemon and herb sauce OR1 tablespoon Lemon Juice 3 tablespoon oil Rub over the fish Place in Casserole Put few blobs of butter over the marinated FishMarinate few hoursCover with Foil Bake in ovenAt 200*+- 50 -60 minutes When almost done Mix ¼ cup cream with about 2 - 3 tablespoon Mayo Pour this over the Fish Adjust Salt and White pepper or Gree. Chilli paste for extra flavour Bake till the sauce thickens Garnish with Chopped green dhania (coriander) before serving SERVING SUGGESTIONVeg Basmati Rice that has wagaar with Red onion and ghee (Clarified butter)Enjoy
