My style400 g hake or any fish of your choiceSpice with 1 blsp Dhana jeera 1 tablespoon red chilli.powder1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon garlic paste or red masala1 teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon fish spiceMarinadeFew hours For the Tomato ChutneyAdd little oil in potAdd 1 sliced or grated onion½ teaspoon mustard seeds½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon tumeric1 level teaspoon Dhana jeera mix powderFew curry leaves Few garlic cloves 2 fresh whole green or red chilli1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon paprika21/2 teaspoon chilli powderFew Curry leavesBraise well Now add 4-6 Large grated or liquidised tomatoes to the aboveAdd ¼ can tomato puree +- 1Tblsp or more of vinegar or lemon juiceAdd ½ cup waterLet it cook wellNow add the masala fried fishCook 5-8 minutesAdjust salt and chilli contentAlso the vinegar or lemon juiceGarnish chopped shallotAnd chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with basmati rice mixed with ghee (Clarified butter) braised robot peppers and mushroom Enjoy
