Melting in mouth coconut Naan khatai
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup coconut roasted light brown
2 cups flour
1 egg yolk (XL EGG)
2 n1/2 teaspoon B.powder
1 teaspoon Elaichi powder
1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
First take ghee (Clarified butter),sugar,B.powder,Elaichi,egg yolk and nutmeg. Mix all ingredients together until light and fluffy.
Now mix flour and roasted coconut. Then add ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar mixture.
Make a crumbly soft dough. First make a ball then flatten it in your palm. Bake on 180.C for 20-25 minutues or until golden brown.
