🍰Any basic vanilla sponge cake recipe 500ml whipping cream300g or more depending on your preference of good quality white chocolate- milky bar works well
🧁Topping - whip 500ml whipping cream stiff and place in refrigerator to chill🧁 melt chocolate * use a double broiler or microAnd stir into the chilled cream *please note your cream stiffens fairly quick- so you have to mix fairly quick🧁 and spread and sandwich in-between you vanilla sponge cake...Enjoy 😉
