INGREDIENTS

4 eggs- room temperature 1 cup castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¾ cup oil ¼ cup boiling water1 cup self raising flour
Topping1 Slab- 250g any white chocolate/milky bar works well too½tin or more Nestle dessert cream2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

METHOD

Separate eggs and beat whites stiffBeat yolks, sugar and oilAdd VE and sifted flourStir in boiled water till well incorporated Fold in whites Bake 180° in a pre heated oven for 35-40 minutes till skewer comes out clean🍰Loaf pan works great
