Rec credit : Indian delight 125g butter80g sugar1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla essence 500g cream cheese 1 packet tennis biscuits 80g butter(melted)Crush biscuits in a food processor and pour in melted butter. Mix together and set into springform pan. Put into the freezer to set.Cream butter and sugar together. Add 1 egg, vanilla essence and cheese. Pour over biscuit layer. Cover with a foil and freeze overnight. Next day decorate as you like. I doubled the cheese mixture to fit into my pan.
