3 eggs1cup yoghurt1 cup oil1 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence>> add above to blender and blend until well combined, set aside >>in a separate mixing bowl add :1 cup flour1 tablespoon baking powder1 cup desicated coconut>> mixtogether >> pour blended mixture to dry ingredients and fold in. >>Pour batter into a well greased bundt pan. >>Bake in pre - heated oven for 35-40 minutes >>When done, allow to cool turn out onto a wire rack allow to cool completly.
In the meantime make almond glaze by whisking:1 cup icing sugar2 tablespoon milk½ cap almond essence >>Drizzle over cooled cake, top with toasted coconut and almonds
