My style Differently cooked ---JalfreziFor The Marinate +- 1 kg meat ( I used Lamb )Cubed or boneless¼ cup yoghurt 1 tablespoon medium hot Kashmiri masala2 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix ¾ teaspoon tumeric1 whole red fresh chilli1 teaspoon saltFreshly crushed ¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) . 2 cinnamon sticks pinch of clove powder few pepper corns crushed3 tablespoon tomato puree2 Medium tomatoes grated or cubed smallKEEP ASIDE IN A SEPERATE POTFRY 2 Medium onions till gold in colour in2- 3Tblsp oil and 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Add all the Marinated Meat mixture at once Cook till meats are soft adding little water at a time .till a nice slight gravy Is formedAdjust your chilli and salt Lastly Toss in the steamed (peas optional) and chunky cut up robot peppers Add 1Tblsp tomato sauce (optional)**Optional is 1 cube knorrox broken or 1Tblsp brown onion soup powder mixed into a paste and added to the gravy **Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with ghee (Clarified butter) braised onion and saffron Jeera rice or naan roti or rolls
