5 XL separated Beat egg whites stiff.
Beat yolks with:1½ cups castor sugar Add in:2 cups flour slightly heaped 3 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup oil1 cup waterVanilla extract Beat above. Fold in whites.Bake as cupcakes or 2 cakes.Decorate as desired. For chocolate cake Add in 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
I used @sbakels cream sweetened with icing sugar. Top cake 2 your discretion.
