INGREDIENTS

Ricearad (Turmeric),saltOil dholl (soak till swells)
Method:
Bring water to boil add arad (Turmeric) and salt. Add in rice cook for 5-10 minutes before adding oil dholl and cook till everything is soft
Khuri500 ml Plain Yoghurt Green masala (green chillies,garlic,mint,jeeru (cumin))arad (Turmeric)Mustard seeds1 tablespoon Chana flour (mix with water into a smooth paste)Salt to taste,curry leaves
METHOD
In a pot make jeeru (cumin) and mustard seeds hot with a little oil .Once oil is hot add yoghurt and green masala,and chana flour mix, (arad (Turmeric) to colour) and whisk on stove till simmers gently,and is thick.Add fresh curry leaves and Season with salt. Serve with kitchree, and exotic aloo fry. Enjoy

In a saucepan,brown sliced onions in hot oil,add 1 tablespoon butter,cook till brown. Add cubed potatoes,brinjals and peppers that has been spiced with chilli powder,arad (Turmeric),dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin),salt and black pepper,garam masala. Add chutney masala.Add 2 TB water to soften potatoes,adjust seasonings and cook till potatoes are golden brown and brinjals and peppers have softened.

Can add 1-2 tbsp of sour milk
