INGREDIENTS
Stirr fry
500g chicken strips or beef
4 carrots sliced in julienne strips
1 onions sliced
1 red 1 green 1yellow pepper
Sliced mushrooms
3 Sliced ( or julienne strips ) baby marrows
1tspn garlic
3 tablespns water
3 tablespns soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tspns sugar
4 Tablespns oil
2 tspns corn flour
Add ½ cabbage chopped
Whole kernel corn
METHOD
Take meat and marinate in 2 tspns cornflour
1 /2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablepoons soy sauce
1 table spoon oil
Garlic
Cut peppers , carrots and onions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or pan till very hot add meat and cook rapidly , stirring continuously in order to separate meat
Remove and keep aside
Add rest of oil to wok
Let it heat till very hot
Cook vegetable in following order leaving about 15 seconds between each addition ( veg must be tender but still CRISP)
Mushrooms
Carrots
Peppers
Cabbage
Baby marrow
Onions
Corn
Keep stirring so that all the veg are evenly coated wth oil
Add rest of ingredients ..sugar, soy and water and cover to cook for two minutes not more
Add meat
Serve immediately with Chinese’s stirr fried rice
Or mix CHINESE noodle onto your fry and serve
