1 gem squash (cleaned and cut in crescents)3 medium sweet potatoes (sliced in 1inch circles with the skin on)1 large courgette (sliced in 1inch circles with the skin on)1 large parboiled corn on the cob (cut in 1 1/2inch circles)1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn1 regular size tub of single or double cream 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)½ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1.) Mix all ingredients together, transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven (180degrees) for 45-55 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your preference. Mix the vegetables halfway through cooking so everything cooks through nicely.
