INGREDIENTS
1 punnet sliced or diced mushroomsSwig of oilSalt4/4PepperParsley1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon crushed green chilli1tblsp flour250ml fresh cream (plus 150ml if you want a thinner sauce)
METHOD
Sauté your mushrooms with the first 7 ingredients. Add the flour and mix. Add the fresh cream slowly while stirring to ensure no lumps form.
INFO & TIPS
Use it on your baked potato, steaks, chicken schnitzel, your pie filling, anything you like.
