Makes 10 puris

Boil 1 large potato
Mash when done
Add this to the undermentioned dry ingredients
Add 1 cup flour
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon yoghurt (optional)
1⁄2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1⁄2 green chilli chopped
Little green dhania (coriander) chopped
Less than 1⁄4 teaspoon hader
Less than 1⁄4 teaspoon red chilli pwdr
Mix dough with warm water
To make a soft puri dough
Break 2 tablespoon pieces
Make +- 10 small balls flatten slightly to make disc's
Flour surface roll each disc out like for puri
Deep fry like puris
Enjoy warm
Serving suggestion with a dip of your choice also
Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
...kabaabs... chicken..cutlets..achaar...
Etc etc...
