4 large potatoes¼ cup oil1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon white pepper1 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste
Method:Heat oil in frying pan.Peel and rinse potatoes.Cut into even sized wedges. Toss with remainder ingredients.Place on med-low heat and cover, turning wedges over now and then.Cook till tender inside and crispy on outside.
