Green Masala Fried Potato Wedges

4 large potatoes
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste
Heat oil in frying pan.
Peel and rinse potatoes.
Cut into even sized wedges.
Toss with remainder ingredients.
Place on med-low heat and cover, turning wedges over now and then.
Cook till tender inside and crispy on outside.
