500g prawns1 onion chopped2Tghee/oil1 tablespoon red masala1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon fine jeera2 teaspoon course red chillies2 tomatoes chopped3 whole green chillies
METHOD
Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter)/oilAdd masala and spicesThen add in tomatoes and green chillies - allow to cook Lastly Add in prawns and cook till done
