For chicken tikka:-Marinate 2-3 chicken fillet cubed with:4 tablespoon chicken tikka masala 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste2 tablespoon oil mix well and keep for marinate 30 minutes. Spread whole mixture into baking dish. Bake it for 35 minutues at 200 c.
For Gravy:-- In the pot heat ½ cup oil sauté ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon garlic paste for 2 minutes.Now boil 3-4 medium size tomatoes..Remove skin and make purée. Now add tomatoes into pot add :1/2 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon jeera powder 1 small size onion paste.Chopped onion boil remove from water and make paste.½ teaspoon Garam masala mix well cover and cook for 10 minutues on medium heat. Now add 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt cook more 10 minutues.After that it's to add chicken tikka and ¾ cup fresh cream mix all together and cook 5 minutues.
