Chicken BakeMy style I kg cut up chicken pieces (Or drumsticks)1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon crushed red chilli1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon garam masala1 level teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 tablespoon paprika¾ teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon vinegar ½ can tomato puree2 tablespoon yoghurtPinch of saffron3 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)Add all the marinate to chicken .Cook on low heat for +-20 minutesAdd water if required to soften the chicken pieces When almost done add 2 tablespoon tomato sauceTaste add more vinegar and salt if preferred Transfer to oven bake at 180* For further +- 30 minutes keep it open no foil or lidCheck it must be a bit saucy not dryGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Before servingServe with veges chips salads roll etc
