1 kg chicken fillets cubed2 cups macaroni boiled
Cook chicken with 2 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon Dana1 teaspoon jiro4 tablespoon grounded coriander½ teaspoon garlic saltChicken spiceSalt to taste
Cook till done and not dryBoil macaroni till done
Process chicken and macaroni.
Make a white sauce with 1-2 cups milk, 2 tablespoon maziena, Aromat (a South African Spice), slice of butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix white sauce in processed mixture. Add in 1 cup grated tussers cheese. Roll round balls. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs.Ready to freeze.Thaw to room temp and fry in shallow oil. Serve hot.
