INGREDIENTS
Chicken strips:½ kg chicken fillet stripsmarinate in1 tablespoon peri peri nandos sauce2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon peri peri oil½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)¼ teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon dhana1 tablespoon chicken spice1 ½ tablespoon barbeque spice½ teaspoon chillie powder4 tablespoon mayonnaisesalt to taste1 packet tomato paste
METHOD
cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter) and leave wettish when cooked. In other words chicken should be saucy...add a little water for more sauce... Recipe for the rice. Boil 1 ½ cups rice.add ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)¼ teaspoon lemon pepper2 teaspoon salt and mix.Brais 1 onion1 green pepper cubedadd 1 teaspoon spice for rice and ¼ teaspoon paprika.add more salt according to your taste.add to rice and mix well
