My simple style I kg cut up chicken pieces1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon lemon juice½ can tomato puree(Optional: can omit 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods 2 cloves 6 whole black pepper 1 cinnamon stick)ThymeMix all of above together marinate few hours Heat in a pot¼ cup oil2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)Add all the marinated chicken .Cook on low heatAdd water if required to soften the chicken piecesWhen almost done add 2 tablespoon tomato sauceKeep a bit saucy not dryGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with fat chips and or veges and rolls
