
Chicken Tikka

1 chicken washed, drained and cut into 1/4s with cuts on meat
Marinate with the following for 4-6 hours or overnight:
2 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garlic paste1 tab red masala ½ box shaan tikka masala ¼ cup lemon juice Drizzle of oilSalt
Sauce : ½ cup plain yogurtLess than ¼ cup lemon juice ¼ packet shaan tikka masala 1 teaspoon butter
METHOD
Place chicken on a tray to bake for 30 minutues at 180-190 degrees covered with foil. After Thirty minutues remove the water and sauce from tray and place in a pot and set aside . Turn the heat up slightly of the oven and change the setting to grill for 10-15 minutes until chicken is dried out and cooked. Remove from heat
Sauce:Place all the sauce ingredients in the pot with the chicken water and boil for 10-15 minutes on low. Serve on the side with salad, naan and chips
