Chicken Kabaabs1kg Chicken Mince4 Slices bread 2 onions chopped up and water squeezed out.A handfull of chopped up dhania (coriander) and chopped up springonions.Salt to tasteCrushed green chillie to taste 1 teaspoon fine Dhana1 teaspoon fine Jeera2 teaspoons crushed garlic1 teaspoon baking powder½ cup oats1 egg.Use a food processor to chop onions, and squeeze the water out.Process the bread add, all ingredients together, and form, into medium size balls.Fry in medium hot oil, and set aside.
Peel two potatoes and cube.Fry untill almost cooked.Drain.
SauceMelt 125g butter1 cup of milk½ teaspoon crushed garlicAdd juice of half a lemon2 tablespoons Nando peri peri sauce2 tablespoons Nando Bushveld braai (bbq) sauce1 tablespoon Nando lemon and herb sauce2 tablespoons Nando garlic sauceAdd some chopped up dhania (coriander)
Place kabaabs in a pyrex.Sprinkle fried potatoes on top.Sprinkle with some diced red and green peppers.Pour the sauce over.Cover with foil.
Bake for abt 15/20 minutes in the oven
