INGREDIENTS
250g chicken fillet cubedI tray Denny mushroom cubed1 onion sliced Green chillies sliced (optional)White sauce1 roll puff pastry
METHOD
Firstly make the white sauceAdd 2 tablespoon of buttee to a pan..mix one heaped tablespoons of flour in water and pour in pan..add in 500ml of milk..a pinch of salt..a pinch of sugar and mix herbs..ket this thicken and set aside
Fry your chicken with onions and mushroom..add in salt..when its done and all water is drained add in white sauce..let it come to a boil and thicken then turn stove off
Preheat oveb to 180 degrees celciusRoll out puff pastry on a floured surface..place saucer and cut 8 to 10 rounds..add filling it..sealed pastry..brush with milk or egg and bake for +-25 minutes..till top is golden and under is crispyEnjoy
