RECIPE

Chicken mince filling2kg chicken mince.Cook in pot till crumbly Add in 1 big spoon ginger garlic masala 2 pkts white pepper2 tablespoon dhana jeeroo 1 tablespoon arad (Turmeric)SaltGround green chilles to taste.
1kg onions processed and squeeze out all water.
Add to mince.Mix well.Simmer on low till dry.
Add in chopped dhania (coriander) and mint.Fill in samosas
