INGREDIENTS
1 tin baked beans 1 tin butter beans 1 onion chopped 1 heaped teaspoon of each: red masala ginger garlic paste arad (Turmeric) dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) chillie powder chicken spice and salt and pepper
small cinnamon stick Elachi (cardomom) pod jeeru (cumin) seeds potatoes
METHOD
Braise onion with jeeru (cumin) seeds small piece cinnamon and a Elachi (cardomom) pod in ghee (Clarified butter) . Then add cut up chicken pieces cook half way tossing in ghee (Clarified butter) till it browns a bit.Add your potatoes add your spices and masala.Braise till potatoes cooked.Add beans braise till done sauce must be thick not runny garnish with greens
