Shahi chicken Paratha 🍥 @mubina_18 For The Dough:- 1 cup cake flour 1 teaspoon oil salt to taste Water Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside. For The Stuffing 1 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) ½ cup chopped onion 1 cup chicken mince 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 ½ teaspoon red chili powder ¼ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon lemon juice Chopped coriander & mint Salt to taste Heat the oil in non-stick pan. Add Jeeru (Cumin). Then add chopped onion & sauté on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. Now add chicken mince,salt ginger & garlic. Mix well. Then add red chili powder,haldi,dhana powder and Garam masala. Cook on medium flame until all water evaporates. Now add lemon juice,chopped coriander and mint. Mix well and keep aside for cool. EGG MIXTURE:- 2 egg 1 small chopped onion 2 chopped green chilies Chopped coriander ½ teaspoon dhana powder Pinch of haldi ¼ teaspoon red chili powder Salt & Pepper Mix all ingredients together. and keep aside. Take a dough. and make big thin roti.put cooked mince in middle pour 2-3 tablespoon egg mixture. Then fold it in square shape. Shallow fry both side. Serve hot with tomato sauce and chutney.
