8 chicken fillets washed Marinate with3 tablespoons nandos lemon and herb sauce3 tablespoons bushveld peri peri 2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons oilSalt to taste Allow to marinateCook on griddle and keep basting with leftover marinade
To assemble your burger 🍔Butter rollAdd Lettuce 🥬, slices of tomato 🍅, onion 🌰 then top with chicken and perinaise and mayo. Enjoy. I served with waffle fries.
