INGREDIENTS
Salt & Pepper Ginger Chicken with Mixed Veg

Ingredients:1 chicken (disjointed)3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2-3 tablespoon ground ginger paste1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon fine salt½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo (coriander cumin) powderPinch turmeric powder1 teaspoon ground green chillies (or more to taste)3 large potatoes (peeled, quartered & fried)2 cups frozen mixed veg
METHOD
1. In a large flat pot, heat the ghee (Clarified butter) and ginger together on medium heat. 2. Add in the spices and chillies and mix well. 3. Add in the chicken pieces with lemon juice and mix to coat well.4. Cook till halfway done. 5. Add in the mixed veg and fried potatoes and cook till the chicken is done and veg is tender, adding water if needed. Serve with roti#mamataughtmewellrecipes
