INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken1 cinamon stick 2 cloves 2black pepper 2 Elachi (cardomom) 1 bayleaf1 onion2 tomatoginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon dania powder1 teaspoon jiru powder½ teaspoon haldi powder1 teaspoon whole jiru1 tablespoon yogurt 1 teaspoon shaan biryani massalo
METHOD
wash the chicken and marinate in all powder massalo and ginger garlic paste with yogurt.heat 2 tablespoon of oil in pan and add whole jiru until it rattles then add moon shape cut onions.fry until is brown and then add marinated chicken .let it cook for 30min in medium flame.then add mashed tomatoes and cook until is all well cooked and oil comes up then wash 2 cup rice and let it sit for a whilewhen the chicken is ready add 4cups of water and add the potatoes cuted in 4 pieces.let the water boil and when nearly serving time(30 minutes before)add the rice and cook it in medium flame. then simmer in low flame.you can add fresh coriander if you like.cook until water is dry and rice is cooked.

cook the chicken first then follow the other part if you nearly going to eat.
