1⁄2 kg chicken fillet cut in the center to thin fillet
1 teaspoon garlic
Half a fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon portueguese spice
1 teaspoon BBQ spice
1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
1 teaspoon mochachoes spice / Adega spice
1 stick butter
4 tablespoon Prego sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄4 cup water
2 tablespoon peri sauce
Salad of your choice .
marinade chicken and allow to marinade for 1 hour atleast .
In a pot add butter cook chicken halfway through. (You can cook completely if you dnt want to grill )
Warm up a griller and grill chicken until done .
In a pot add the sauce ingredients and shimmer only until the sauce bubbles and remove from heat immediately .
Place chicken on a seeded bun or pita pour sauce over each fillet followed by a white miracle whip and jalepenos . Serve with salad and Chips .
