RECIPE
Double this recipe for 2lots
Or 4x for oven Tray size
½ cup sugar
1 large egg well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Best well together
Add
2Tblsp apricot jam
Add
Sifted
+-1 heaped cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix well
Now add
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vinegar
+- ½ cup milk
1 teaspoon bicarb ..
Mix well with the milk
Add all to the rest of ingredients
Beat well
Bake at 180* for 25-30 minutes
Make sauce:
1x 250 ml fresh cream
+- ¾ cup sugar (Taste for sweetness)
Stir
Add +-60ml melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Stir
Now add +-½ cup hot water (optional can leave out)
Add all together
And now bring to boil in stove
Make a sauce
Pour hot sauce over the pudding as soon as it's baked
Enjoy warm
With custard
Or serve cold with icecream
