INGREDIENTS

1 box taco shells (@woolies or checkers)
3 Chicken fillet (cut into small cubes/mince up)2 tablespoon Taco seasoningPepper1/2 teaspoon chicken spice 3 cloves Garlic crushed1/4c salsa
CucumbersOnionTomatoGarlic and herb seasoning
Sour creamSalsaGrated cheese

METHOD

Prepare tacos according to package instructions
Cook chicken with seasoning and salsa until done
Chop and Combine salad ingredients, season with spice and keep aside
To assemble:Add chicken to taco shellSalsa drizzleCheeseGrill till cheese meltsSaladSour cream

INFO & TIPS

Steak can be used instead if chicken
