½ cup cake flour¼ cup mielie meal½ teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon Crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Mix togetherWith hot water to make a slightly stiff doughLet dough stand for 10 minutesRoll out small saucer sizes or even smaller.Brush both sides with oilBake at 180* for 10 - 15 minutesPlace over 2 spaces on the oven rackPlace a tray underneath when baking in case oil dripsYou can place under grill to brown a bit more but I like it creamy in colour and not too hard eitherRemove when done When Cooled Fill with your Favourite filling Filling suggestion I used a bit of corn tomato onion green peppers tomato relish or tomato pasta paste Mexican sauce can add cooked kidney bean or cooked baked beans Top with Grated Cheese and optional some crushed doritos PLACE IN MICROWAVE FOR CHEESE TO MELT BEFORE SERVING Enjoy😋
