Ready made tortillas.I made my usual tortillas recipe & Used my beef kebaab recipe (u can substitute beef 4 chicken mince)
To assemble:I smashed the Pattie and fried it.Or u can spread the mixture thinly over the tortilla and cook on very low heat so the pattie is cooked all the way through Lay over sliced cheese Lettuce Chopped red and white onionsSauce:I mixed Mayo & steers peri peri sauce ½ finely diced onion & chopped Gherkins.
Super simple & soooo deeeeelicious
