INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, washed and cut into cubes1&½ teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon Black pepper½ teaspoon Lemon pepper½ teaspoon Kashmir chilli powder¾ teaspoon Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon Chicken spice ½ teaspoon crushed Garlic and ginger 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lemon juice
Guacamole :Ripe avocados Freshly squeezed Lemon juice Salt and Pepper to tasteAll mixed together
METHOD
Marinate the chicken fillet with all the spices and cook with oil on low heat until done.Warm the taco shells up in the oven, place shredded lettuce in each one.Spoon the chicken fillet over then spread the Guacamole.Spoon some finely chopped tomatoes and red onion on top.Dollop sour cream and garnish with chopped herbs or pomegranate jewels.
