INGREDIENTS
Clean and wash chicken livers well.Soak in water with 2 tablespoons viniger for about half an hour.Rinse well.!!!Make a marinade with the following3 tablespoons crushed garlicSalt to taste1 teaspoon coarse red chillies¼ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon fine jeera1 teaspoon fine dhana2 tablespoons peri peri sauce2 tablespoons wild herb (Nando’s)2 tablespoons lemon and herb (Nando’s)1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce½ tablespoons mustard sauce2 tablespoons lemon juice
METHOD
Add the chicken livers into the marinade, and leave for 15 minutes.Melt butter in a pot add the chicken livers and cook untill done.It must be nice and saucy, so cook it slowly,or the sauce will burn.Serve with garlic rolls and salad
