1kg chicken mince1 egg1 beetroot grated1 onion grated squeeze the water out from grated ingredientssalt peppertake 2 jalepino chilles chop smallfresh parsley1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon or little more fresh ground garlic...1/2cup bread crumbsthe recipe wss mild so I added more pepperbind all than allow marinate over night. I wet my hands and mould on a skewers....enjoyflat naan2 cups flour1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoon oil1/2 teaspoon bicarb½ teaspoon salt½ cup yogurt¼ cup warm milk orlittle more to make soft doughchop spring onions a littleadd all mke a soft dough allow to rest. for an hour.
roll out the dough sprinkle black seeds little chop dhania (coriander) roll little over it.heat tawa pan cook. baste with garlic butter sauce.. I place it paper towel in hot pot till my seekh were cooked. thy stayed lovely and soft. u can double the recipe as I did. u can also use brown whole wheat flour saladshredded lettuce cocktail tomato red onion rings cucumber dicedyogurt chutneyyogurt salt green chutny

this was unusual recipe becz of the ingredients.. u knw when u making something for the first time its a gamble... shukr i love experimenting and trying new recipes...
