1⁄2 kg fillet cut up in strips or cubes
1 squeezed fresh lemon
1⁄4 couliflouer ( optional )
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano / Rosemary
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
Handful spring onion
Salt to taste
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1⁄2 packet black olives
In a bowl mix all the spices , excluding the red onion a, tomatoes and olives . Mix well add the chicken pieces and allow to marinade for 1 hour Atleast .
In a Pyrex layer some tomatoes and olives ( without pits ) at the bottom , top with marinaded chicken and layer the onions , more tomatoes and olives ontop cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes , remove foil and bake until chicken is completely cooked .
Add yogurt to the wraps , add the bakes chicken , fold it out , warm on a tawa serve with salad .
