¾ packet linguini boiled
1/2kg chicken fillet
1onions finely chopped
½ green pepper firmly chops
2green chillies chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1cup milk+1 teaspoon mazina (make a paste)
½ tub sour cream
½ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon tumeric pose
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients to a heavy base pot, except the mazina, sour cream milk and fresh cream.
Cook on medium heat till done.
Add the milk paste, sour cream and fresh cream an bring to a boil.
Add to the pasta and allow to stand for ½ hour.
