Fry chickpeas for 5 minutes Soak in bowl for 2 hoursDrain and crush in blender till powder formIn a pan, put q tablespoon oilPut crushed chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes Set asideIn another panPut 1 cup sugar½ cup water½ teaspoon elaichie powderOrange food colour and dash of rose essence Let it thicken or get stickyAdd chickpea mix into the sugar mixStir to bind and coconut powderThen cool a littleOil palms and roll into ballsENJOY!!!
