INGREDIENTS

Cook sausages in boiling water on high heat.Meanwhile, in a blender or with a magic wand beat for 2 minutes.- 1 cup milk - 1 egg- 1 ½ cup flour- 1 tablespoon butter

METHOD

When sausages are cooked, drain water and dip each sausage in the milk mixture, then coat with mixture of bread crumbs and grated cheese, fry in hot oil.
Toast hot-dog buns in oven, add each sausage in the bun, top with ketchup, mayo, nandos sauce, tabasco,potato sticks,black olives and jalapeno.
